YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Petition for Adoption of Adult by Stepparent has been filed by Tate Healey Webster, 418 W. Platt Street, Suite B, Tampa, Florida 33606 and phone 813-258-3355 regarding a female, Samantha Lynn Trice, born to Michelle Marie Trost on July 20, 1995, in St. Petersburg, Pinellas County, Florida. The legal/biological father, Robert Wayne Trice, Jr. is Caucasian, forty-eight (48) years old, approximately 6' 6” tall, weighs approximately 200 pounds, with blonde hair and blue eyes. All other physical characteristics and his residence address are unknown and cannot be reasonably ascertained. Additionally, the identity and all physical characteristics and the residence address of any known or unknown legal or biological father are unknown and cannot be reasonably ascertained.
There will be a hearing on the Petition for Adoption of Adult by Stepparent on November 4, 2024, at 11:00 a.m.(Florida time), before Judge Kelly A. Ayers at the George E. The Court has set aside 15 minutes for the hearing.
