NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 24, 2024 in the above action, the Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Pinellas, Florida, on October 30, 2024, at 10:00 AM, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com for the following described property:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 105, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE TERMS, CONDITIONS, COVENANTS, EASEMENTS, RESTRICTIONS, AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF WILOW LAKE, BUILDING NO. 5 (FORMERLY KNOWN AS DESIDERATA BUILDING NO. 5), A CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4759, PAGE 1470, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 30, PAGE 76 AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
