Lot 31, and the East 10 feet of Lot 32, Block 1, FRAZE ACRES, according to a plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 31, Page 67, public records of Pinellas County, Florida, bearing Parcel Tax Identification Number 05-31-16-29430-001-0310, and commonly known as 6482 42nd Avenue North, Kenneth City, Florida 33709,
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Jessica R. Hathaway, Esq., Jessica R. Hathaway, P.A., 2519 McMullen Booth Road, Suite 510-112, Clearwater, Florida 33761, on or before 30 Days after 1st Publication and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
