NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 16, 2024, and entered in 2023 31918 CICI of the Circuit Court of the SEVENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Volusia County, Florida, wherein CARRINGTON MORTGAGE SERVICES LLC is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF EDDIE L. GENTLE A/K/A EDDIE GENTLE, DECEASED; JENNIFER GOINES; ANGELA P. GENTLE; EDDIE GENTLE, JR.; DERICK GENTLE; TERRY GENTLE; DAMIAN GENTLE; KEESHA CREWS-GENTLE; OLIVIA GENTLE; ESTEBAN WADE GENTLE; ADOLPHUS SYLVESTER GENTLE; SHIRLEY ANN GENTLE; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; AQUA FINANCE, INC. are the Defendant(s).
