NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 3, 2024, and entered in Case No. 2024-CA-000901 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which Bank of America, N.A., is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees or other claimants claiming by, through, under, or against Carolyn Annette Howell aka Carolyn A. Howell, deceased, David Curtis Howell, Jr, Individually and as Personal Representative of Estate of Carolyn Annette Howell aka Carolyn A. Howell, deceased; and as an Heir of the estate of Carolyn Annette Howell aka Carolyn A. Howell, deceased, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the October 18, 2024 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
