NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered August 14, 2024 in Civil Case No. 51-2024-CA-001023ES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pasco County, Dade City, Florida, wherein TRUIST BANK is Plaintiff and Geremy A Fontana, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, NIKKI ALVAREZ-SOWLES, ESQ., will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 15th day of October, 2024 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 15, Block 2, FOX RIDGE - PLAT I, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 15, Pages 118 - 128, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Together with 1996 CLAS Mobile Home ID # JACFL16765A and JACFL16765B.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
