NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 05, 2024, and entered in 2023CA003407CAAXES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein CSMC MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-3, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF MARY MAHONEY AKA MARY E. MAHONEY, DECEASED; MICHAEL MAHONEY, JR.; TUSCANO AT SUNCOAST CROSSINGS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; SUNCOAST CROSSINGS MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; MATTHEW MAHONEY are the Defendant(s).
