Stein, Esquire, attorney for Petitioner, whose address is 1201 6th Ave. West Suite 110, Bradenton, FL 34205 c/o, the Petitioner, NIKI LYNN DERRICK, on or before 10/25/2024 and file the original with the Clerk of this Court at: Manatee County Clerk of Court, 1115 Manatee Ave. W, Bradenton, FL 34205, before service on Petitioner or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
