SUMMER WOODS COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2024-2025

The Board of Supervisors of the Summer Woods Community Development District will hold their regular meetings for the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 at the Harrison Ranch Clubhouse, located at 5755 Harrison Ranch Boulevard, Parrish, FL 34219 at the dates and times indicated as follows:

October 3, 2024, at 10:00 a.m.
December 5, 2024, at 6:00 p.m.
February 6, 2025, at 10:00 a.m.
April 3, 2025, at 6:00 a.m.
May 1, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. (Budget Workshop)
June 3, 2025, at 6:00 p.m.
July 31, 2025, at 6:00 p.m.
September 4, 2025, at 10:00 a.m.

The meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. The meetings may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting. A copy of the agenda for these meetings may be obtained from Rizzetta & Company, Inc., 3434 Colwell Avenue, Suite 200, Tampa, Florida 33614 or by calling (813) 533-2950 (“District Office”).

There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors or staff will participate by telephone.
