Unit 603, Timber Creek Condominium No. One, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 928, Pages 1899 through 1984, inclusive, and all amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 9, Pages 8 through 14, inclusive, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.

has been filed against you in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, Manatee County, Florida, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses to the Complaint, if any, to Gregory A. Sanoba, Esquire, 422 South Florida Avenue, Lakeland, Florida 33801, on or before 30 days from first publication, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
