NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated September 18, 2024, issued in and for Sarasota County, Florida, in Case No. 2024 CA 000555 NC , wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE OF LB-TIKI SERIES V TRUST is the Plaintiff, and CRAIG PITTS, NORTH SHORE BANK F/K/A NORTH SHORE BANK, FSB S/B/M BANKS OF WISCONSIN, TARFLOWER I AT SARASOTA NATIONAL CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. and SARASOTA NATIONAL MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendants.
