TO: JOHN DOE 1, as the unknown heirs, beneficiaries, devisees, trustees, grantees, lienors, assignees, and those claiming an interest by or against Walter H. Tipert, Jr, Walter H. Tipert, Sr., and the Walter H. Tipert (SR.) Revocable Trust dated February 9, 1972, as amended and restated on April 30, 2004, and all parties claiming interests by, through, under or against the above known Defendants.
The Plaintiffs in this action are Janice Tipert and Lance Tipert. The known Defendants are Walter H. Tipert, III., Andrea Crawford, and Monica Tipert. The Plaintiffs have instituted this action against you seeking quiet title and adverse possession to the property described below. Plaintiffs filed this action against you on August 15, 2024, in the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, Civil Division, Case No. 2024-CA-004214-NC. The property that is the subject matter of this action is in Sarasota County, Florida and is described as follows:
Lot 70, Shadow Lakes Subdivision, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 10, pages 67 and 67A, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, and all improvements thereon (“Property”).
Property Address: 6133 Rockefeller Avenue, Sarasota, Florida
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Kathryn J. Copeland, Esq., Plaintiffs' attorney, whose address is Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick LLP, 100 2nd Avenue S, Suite 902-S, St. Petersburg, FL 33701, on or before October 31, 2024, and to file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiffs' attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
