Huk, M.D. The new practice address will be in Sawyer Oaks Professional Park at 5602 Marquesas Circle, Unit 212 Sarasota, FL 34233. Effective date of relocation as I retire will be November 12, 2024. All patients are to be advised that their medical records will continue to be available at this address for transfer or receipt upon written request.
