NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 18, 2024, and entered in 23CA017298 the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein WATERLEAF OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC., through its Assignee, ASSOCIATION FUNDING LLC is the Plaintiff and FRED V. NWOKOBIA is the Defendant. Association Funding, LLC, or its authorized representative, will sell to the highest and best bidder at a public sale the following described residential real property located in HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida:
Lot 2, in Block 17 of WATERLEAD PHASE 5B, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 130, Page 257, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
The sale shall occur on October 21, 2024 at 9:00 a.m., or soon thereafter, at the property: 2055 Cardinal Flower Dr. Riverview, FL 33579 as set forth in and in accordance with the Final Judgment. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens in this matter, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
