NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 3, 2024, issued in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, in Case No. 23-CA-009907, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES TRUST VIII-C is the Plaintiff, and JOHN M. REISINGER, HUNTER`S GREEN COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., HUNTER`S GREEN PARCEL 6 NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC. and THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND are the Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, CINDY STUART, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on December 03, 2024, at electronic sale beginning at 10:00 AM, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com the following-described real property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
