NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 6, 2024 entered in Case No. 24-CC-004148, of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein PARKSIDE PLACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida Not-For-Profit Corporation is Plaintiff, and GEORGE KORMOS is a Defendant, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on October 10, 2024, in an online sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit No. 102, Building 2, PARKSIDE, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration recorded in O.R. Book 1777, at Page 1220, as amended, Public Records of Lee County, Florida, together with all of the appurtenances thereunto appertaining and specified in said Condominium Declaration.
Property Address: 15075 Parkside Drive, Unit 102, Fort Myers, FL 33908.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM IN ACCORDANCE WITH FLORIDA STATUTES, SECTION 45.031.
