NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 15, 2024, entered in Civil Case No. 23-008386-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES TRUST VIII-C, is Plaintiff and JAMES ROMANSKI; et al., are Defendant(s).
The Clerk, KEN BURKE, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 o'clock a.m. on November 6, 2024 on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF LOT 18, BLOCK 39, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF MAINLANDS OF TAMARAC BY THE GULF, UNIT NO. TWO, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 1 THROUGH 8, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3071, PAGES 647 THROUGH 722, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME MAY BE MADE, ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF; AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THEREOF.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
