NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 23-009238-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BMO Bank N.A. is the Plaintiff and Michael D. Sierakowski a/k/a Michael Sierakowski a/k/a Michael Sierakowski, Jr.; Unknown Spouse of Michael D. Sierakowski a/k/a Michael Sierakowski a/k/a Michael Sierakowski, Jr.; Figure Lending LLC are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 12th day of November, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 312 OF CHALET ON THE LAKE, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3881, PAGE(S) 775, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
