NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 17, 2025 in Case No. 532024CA003743000000 in the Circuit Court in and for Polk County, Florida wherein LAKESIDE LANDINGS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC, a Florida non-profit Corporation, is Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIERIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF EDDIE KING, DECEASED, et al, is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at: 10:00 A.M. (Eastern Time) on APRIL 18, 2025. ( ) www.polk.realforeclose.com the Clerk's website for online auctions after first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 419, LAKESIDE LANDINGS PHASE ONE ACCORDING TO THE PLAT AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 147, PAGES 45-55 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA. A/K/A: 5820 MARSH LANDING DR WINTER HAVEN, FL 33881.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
