NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered on March 14, 2025, and entered in Case No. 532022CA002707000000 in the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein NEWREZ LLC D/B/A SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING is the Plaintiff and ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, LEGATEES, DEVISEES, PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES, CREDITORS AND ANY OTHER PERSON CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST ALFRED B. GIFFORD, DECEASED, are the Defendants. The Clerk of the Court, STACY M. BUTTERFIELD, CPA, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com on April 17, 2025 at 10:00 a.m., the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
