Final Judgment was awarded on February 18, 2025 in Civil Case No. 2024CA002113000000, of the Circuit Court of the Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein, MORTGAGE LENDERS INVESTMENT TRADING CORPORATION, DBA R P FUNDING is the Plaintiff, and AMANDA BRAGG; CITY OF LAKELAND, FLORIDA; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
