NOTICE OF RULE DEVELOPMENT FOR RULES
GOVERNING RECREATIONAL FACILITIES
BY THE DEERBROOK COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
In accordance with Chapters 120 and 190, Florida Statutes, the Deerbrook Community Development District (“District”) hereby gives notice of its intention to adopt it's Amenity Rules and Rates (“Amenity Rules”), all of which govern the operation of the District's recreational facilities and other properties. The Amenity Rules will address certain revisions to the District's rules and policies governing the operation of the District's recreational facilities and other properties.
The purpose and effect of the Amenity Rules is to provide for efficient and effective District operations of the District's amenity facilities and other properties by setting policies, regulations, rates and fees to implement the provisions of Section 190.035, Florida Statutes. Specific legal authority for the rules includes Sections 190.035(2), 190.011(5), 190.012, 120.54, 120.69 and 120.81, Florida Statutes.
A public hearing on the adoption of the Amenity Rules will be conducted by the District on
May 13, 2025 at 9 a.m., at the Rizzetta & Company, 5844 Old Pasco Road, Suite 100, Wesley Chapel, Florida 33544.
