NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2024 12775 CIDL of the Circuit Court of the 7th Judicial Circuit in and for Volusia County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR RCAF ACQUISITION TRUST, Plaintiff, and, ENTERPRISES TWENTY ONE LLC, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of Circuit Court, Laura E. Roth will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.volusia.realforeclose.com, on April 22, 2025 at 11:00 AM, the following described property:
LOTS 21, 22 AND 23, BLOCK M, PLANTATION ESTATES UNIT NO. 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN MAP BOOK 11, PAGE 183, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF VOLUSIA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim per the requirements set forth in FL Stat. 45.032.
