Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 20, 2025, and entered in the above noted case, that I will sell the following property situated in Collier County, Florida described as:
FAMILY UNIT 401, ST CROIX CLUB OF NAPLES, INC., A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 449, PAGE(S) 715 THROUGH 773, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, in a sale at: the Lobby, First Floor, Courthouse Annex in the Multipurpose Room, Collier County Government Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trial East, Naples, Florida 34112, beginning at 11:00 a.m. on April 24, 2025. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to five percent (5%) of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of the Court. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. on the date of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
