NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 11-2024-CA-000833-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, CARRINGTON MORTGAGE SERVICES LLC, Plaintiff, and ROBERT SNYDER AKA ROBERT WILLIAM SNYDER, et al, are Defendants, Clerk of Circuit Court, Crystal K. Kinzel, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at in the lobby on the 1st floor of the Courthouse Annex in the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, on May 29, 2025 at 11:00 AM, the following described property:
LOT 57, REPLAT OF PART OF BLOCKS 4 AND 5 OF NAPLES PARK SUBDIVISION, UNIT NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4 AT PAGE 6, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim per the requirements set forth in FL Stat. 45.302.
