Brock, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will on May 1, 2025, at Eleven o' clock, a.m. in the lobby, on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, Naples, Florida, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida, to-wit:
Unit No. 1214, situated on the 12th floor of The Gulfview Apartments of Marco Island, a Condominium, according to The Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 603, Page 454, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, and recorded in Condominium Plat Book 8, Page 25, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
