Notice is hereby given that the undersigned Dwight E. Brock, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will on April 24, 2025, at Eleven o' clock, a.m. in the lobby, on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, Naples, Florida, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida, to-wit:
Parcel One: The Deborah House, Unit No. 2, situated on the 1st Floor of the Deborah House Apartments Building of Sea Breeze West Apartments Condominium as recorded in Condominium Book 2, at Pages 88 through 102 o the Public Records of Collier County, Florida,
together with the Limited Common Elements appurtenant thereto, and more particularly delineated and identified in Exhibit “A” attached to and made a part of the Declaration of Condominium of Sea Breeze West Apartments Condominium, recorded in Official Records Book 330, at Page 379, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Parcel Two: An undivided one seventieth (1/70th) interest, as tenant in common, in the Common Elements and/or the Common Property of said Sea Breeze West Apartments Condominium.
Property Address: 235 Seaview Court, Apt. D2, Marco Island, Florida 34145.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
