NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 19, 2025, and entered in 11-2021-CA-002447 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein LONGBRIDGE FINANCIAL, LLC is the Plaintiff and COUNTRY HAVEN CONDOMINIUM 4 ASSOCIATION, INC.; COUNTRYSIDE MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF GRACIELA S BRINKERHOFF, DECEASED; HECTOR MORENO are the Defendant(s).
