NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 27th, 2025 entered in Civil Case No. 23-CC-790 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, Clerk of the Court, Crystal K. Kinzel, will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash in the Lobby on the Third Floor of the Courthouse Annex, at the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 24th day of April, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 20, Block 4, Mainline, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 98, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
With a street address of: 209 Eustis Ave. E., Immokalee, FL 34142
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
