PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to the requirements of ยง733.2121(2), Florida Statutes:
1. The administration of the estate of Nereida Hernandez Macias, deceased, file number 24-CP-3618, is pending in the Circuit Court for Collier County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 3315 Tamiami Trail E., Suite 102, Naples, FL 34112.
2. The personal representative is Filiberto Macias, Jr., 6861 Livingston Woods Lane, Naples, FL 34109.

All claims not filed within the time periods set forth herein will be forever barred.
6. Any claim filed two (2) years or more after the decedent's date of death is barred by law.
