NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Sarasota County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida described as:
Unit 8-B, DOLPHIN TOWER, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1055, Page 269 through 387, inclusive, as amended, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida. With the following street address: 101 S. Gulfstream Avenue, #8B, Sarasota, FL 34236.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M. on May 1, 2025.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed.
