ALL PERSONS, FIRMS AND CORPORATIONS OWNING, HAVING OR CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN OR LIEN ON THE ABOVE-DESCRIBED PROPERTY.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Department of Legal Affairs Office of the Attorney General has filed a petition for the forfeiture as to the above-described property. The property was seized on or about October 30, 2024, pursuant to § 932.701 to § 932.704 and is now in possession of the Florida Department of Law Enforcement. A Forfeiture Complaint was filed with the clerk of court on January 10, 2025. Any person wishing to contest this claim must file a responsive pleading with the Clerk of the Court on or before May 1, 2025, and send a copy to the undersigned attorney. Any interested party is hereby directed and required to file a claim on or before May 1, 2025, and to direct said claim to: Lydon William Schultz, Assistant Attorney General Florida Bar No. 126615, Attorney for the Department of Legal Affairs, whose address is Office of the Attorney General, 3507 E. Frontage Road, Suite 200, Tampa, Florida 33607. If any interested party fails to file a claim as herein directed judgment will be entered herein against you in due course. Persons not personally served with process may obtain a copy of the Complaint for forfeiture filed herein from the undersigned clerk of court. If no claimants appear the Florida Department of Legal Affairs Office of the Attorney General and the Florida Department of Law Enforcement will be seeking a final order of forfeiture.
