NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 19, 2025, and entered in 2022 CA 000707 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR OPTEUM MORTGAGE ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION, ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-5 is the Plaintiff and JACKIE LEE CONNIFF; DION HANCOCK, ESQ, AS TRUSTEE OF THE 614 GUILD DRIVE, UNIT 15, LAND TRUST; ANTIGUA APARTMENTS, ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on April 22, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
