NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 18, 2024, and entered in 18-CA-002447 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL HOME LOAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION AS TRUSTEE FOR FREDDIE MAC SEASONED CREDIT RISK TRANSFER TRUST SERIES 2017-2 is the Plaintiff and PAULETTE BAILEY; COVINGTON PARK OF HILLSBOROUGH HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Victor Crist as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on April 23, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
