NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on March 24, 2025 in Case No. 23-CA-005467 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein TH MSR HOLDINGS, LLC is Plaintiff, and ESTATE OF DANIEL CORTES, UNKNOWN HEIRS OF DANIEL CORTES, INTRUST BANK, UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A JOAQUIN CORTES, and DANNY CORTES are Defendants, the Office of Kevin C. Karnes, Lee County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 a.m. on-line at www.lee.realforeclose.com on April 24, 2025, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 5 AND 6, BLOCK 882, CAPE CORAL, UNIT 26, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 117 TO 148, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Also known as 310 SE 32nd Street, Cape Coral, Florida 33904 (the Property).
together with all existing or subsequently erected or affixed buildings, improvements and fixtures.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
