NOTICE IS HEREBY given as required by a Final Judgment of Lien Foreclosure
- Count I entered in Case No. 2024-CC-5565 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, where RIVERS EDGE 2 CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and where JON C. ERICKSON and all others claiming by, through or under JON C. ERICKSON are the Defendants. I will sell to the highest bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 a.m. at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes on the April 24, 2025, the following described property in accordance with the Summary Final Judgment in Foreclosure:
Condominium Parcel: Unit No. 3, of River's Edge 2, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 11, page(s) 40, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 1783, page 3649 et seq., together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made and together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. All as recorded in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
