Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 18th day of February, 2025, and Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed on the 1st day of April, 2025 and entered in case No. 24-CC-1874 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein MAASTRICHT ENGINEERING, INC., is the Plaintiff and SUNNYSIDE INTERNATIONAL ENTERPRISES, LLC, is the Defendant. That I will sell to
the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on MAY 1, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
