AND THAT PART OF LOT 507 DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: FROM THE MOST WESTERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT 507 RUN SOUTHEASTERLY ALONG THE FRONT OF SOUTHWESTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 29.90 FEET; THENCE NORTHEASTERLY IN A STRAIGHT LINE TO A POINT IN THE REAR OF NORTHEASTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT, SAID POINT BEING SOUTHEASTERLY 1.38 FEET ALONG SAID REAR BOUNDARY FROM THE MOST NORTHERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT 507; THENCE NORTHWESTERLY ALONG SAID REAR BOUNDARY 1.38 FEET TO THE MOST NORTHWESTERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT 507, THENCE SOUTHWESTERLY ALONG THE BOUNDARY LINE DIVIDING LOTS 506 AND 507 TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, ALL IN “BRIGHTBAY” UNIT THREE OF SNELL ISLE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 20, PAGE 28, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH 1/2 OF THE VACATED ALLEY LYING NORTHERLY OF THE ABOVE DESCRIBED PROPERTY.

Box 800, Tampa, Florida 33601, (813) 229-0900, on or before , (or 30 days from the first date of publication, whichever is later) and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
