NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit 86 of CLOVERPLACE, PHASE II, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 5669, Page 189, and adding Amendment Phase II to the Declaration in Official Records Book 5727, Page 296, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and any amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements. With the following street address: 3269 Cloverplace Drive, #86, Palm Harbor, Florida, 34684.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on May 22, 2025.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed.
