NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 05, 2025, and entered in 24-004044-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein MEB LOAN TRUST VIII is the Plaintiff and RONDA GARY A/K/A RONDA R. GARY are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on April 22, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 7 OF REVISED PLAT OF COLONIAL PLACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN MAP BOOK 5, PAGE(S) 39, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
