YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose on the following real property in Duval County, Florida:
A portion of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 21 [Township] 22 [South] [Range] 32 [East] Orange County, Florida described as follows: Commence at the Northwest Corner of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of said Section 21, thence South 60.70 feet to the Northerly right-of-way line of S.R. 50; thence along said Northerly [right-of-way] line [South 70 degrees 14' 45” East] 1776.28 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence [North 19 degrees 45' 15” East] 694.36 feet to the North line of said SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 21; thence along said North line [North 89 degrees 48'14” East] 164.45 feet;
thence [S 19 degrees 45' 15” West] 749.31 feet to the Northerly [right-of-way] line of S.R. 50; thence along said [right-of-way] line [North 70 degrees 14'45” West] 155.00 feet to the [Point of Beginning].
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Collin W. L. McLeod, Esq., the Cross-Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 636 West Yale Street, Orlando, Florida 32804, on or before 30 days from the first date of first publication of this notice and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
