NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered on March 7, 2025 and entered in Case No. 2024-CA-004968-O in the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE OF RANCH SERIES III TRUST is the Plaintiff and DARDA P. BIEBERLE, is the Defendant. The Clerk of the Court, TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at https://myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com on April 21, 2025 at 11:00 a.m., the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, BLOCK B, CONWILL ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK S, PAGE 13, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 1773 WALNUT AVENUE, WINTER PARK, FL 32789 (the “Property”).
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
