Sale of Collateral currently owned by Debtor, GNP Development Partners, L.L.C (“Debtor”).
Collateral Description: Fifty Percent (50%) Membership Interest in Sabal Trace Development Partners,
LLC (the “Collateral”)
Fields-Realty, LLC (“Fields”), is the holder of the Collateral by virtue of that certain Security Agreement dated September 22, 2020; that certain Promissory Note and Loan Agreement dated September 22, 2020; that certain Promissory Note and Loan Agreement Modification Agreement dated March 30, 2023; and that certain Promissory Note and Loan Agreement Modification and Correction Agreement dated August 18, 2023 (referred to collectively as the “Agreements”).
Fields will sell the Collateral to the highest qualified bidder in public as follows:

You may attend the sale, bid at the sale, and bring bidders if you want. The money Fields gets from the sale (after paying its costs) will reduce the amount that Debtor owes pursuant to the Agreements. If Fields gets less money than Debtor owes, Debtor will still owe the difference to Fields. If Fields gets more money than Debtor owes, Debtor will get the extra money, unless Fields must pay it to someone else.
Debtor can get the Collateral back at any time before it is sold by paying Fields the full amount that Debtor owes (not just the past due payments), including Fields's expenses. To learn the exact amount owed to Fields, call Fields at 516-633-0220, or write Fields at [email protected].
