NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 2017-CA-001773-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CREDIT SUISSE FIRST BOSTON MORTGAGE SECURITIES CORP., HOME EQUITY ASSET TRUST 2005-7, HOME EQUITY PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-7 is the Plaintiff and JAMES CORBETT III; BERNADETTE CORBETT; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; TRADITIONS AT WEKIVA HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are the Defendants, that Tiffany Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 20th day of May, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 37, TRADITIONS AT WEKIVA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 52, PAGE 60 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
