BEGIN AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 16; THENCE SOUTH 00° 13' 45” EAST ALONG THE WEST RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF RIO GRANDE AVENUE, A DISTANCE OF 98.73 FEET TO THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID LOT 16; THENCE SOUTH 88° 50' 15” WEST ALONG SAID SOUTH LINE, A DISTANCE OF 3.34 FEET; THENCE NORTH 01° 23' 33” EAST, A DISTANCE OF 98.82 FEET TO THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT 16; THENCE NORTH 88° 50' 15” EAST ALONG SAID NORTH LINE, A DISTANCE OF 0.55 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
