NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 12, 2024 and an Agreed Order Granting Defendant's Emergency Motion to File an Extension of Time dated March 08, 2025, issued in and for Orange County, Florida, in Case No. 2024-CA-003398-O , wherein FLA MORTGAGE CAPITAL 3 LLC is the Plaintiff, and MARISELLA ESTRADA, THE CLERK OF THE COURT FOR THE FOURTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT FOR DUVAL COUNTY, BRENDA L. ARANA, UNIFUND CCR, LLC, SOUTHPORT HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. and UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A MARISELLA ESTRADA are the Defendants.
