NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered December 18, 2024 in Civil Case No. 48-2024-CA-002293-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Orange County, Orlando, Florida, wherein UNITED WHOLESALE MORTGAGE, LLC is Plaintiff and Zulkeira Stefchak a/k/a Zulkeira Rodriguez, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL, ESQ., will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 28th day of April, 2025 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Condominium Unit 40706, Phase 6, Stonebridge Reserve, a condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 8928, Page 1428, as amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
