NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered on March 27, 2025 and entered in Case No. 2024-CA-001910 in the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein LLACG COMMUNITY INVESTMENT FUND is the plaintiff and ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, LEGATEES, DEVISEES, PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES, CREDITORS AND ANY OTHER PERSON CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST LILLIAN GRAHAM THOMPKINS, DECEASED, are the Defendants. The Clerk of the Court, STACY M. BUTTERFIELD, CPA, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com on May 27, 2025 at 10:00 a.m., the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16 IN BLOCK 3 IN THE LAKE WALESLAND COMPANYS SUBDIVISION OF E1/2 OF SW1/4 OF SW1/4 AND THAT PRT OF NW1/4 OF SW1/4, LYING WEST OF THE ATLANTIC COAST LINE RAILROAD RIGHT OF WAY, ALL IN SECTION 35, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST.
and commonly known as: 232 C STREET, LAKE WALES, FL 33853 (the “Property”).
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
