Final Judgment was awarded on March 27, 2025 in Civil Case No. 2024CA003899000000, of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein, PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff, and ISIS OLIVARES-PINEDA; ALEX CESAR HERNANDEZ; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
