YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a Second Petition for Summary Administration and Petition for Establishment and Probate of a Lost or Destroyed Will pursuant to Florida Statute §735.203 and §732.401 has been filed in this court and a hearing on Petitioner's Petition for Establishment and Probate of a Lost or Destroyed Will is set to be held on May 5, 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Polk County Courthouse, 5D-2 (fifth floor, blue elevator), 255 North Broadway, Bartow FL, 33830.
